1. Acceptance

By using Loci, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

Loci provides a flashcard platform with AI generation and spaced repetition, designed to help students retain content efficiently.

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Loci is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to compromise the platform's security, performance, or availability
• Deceive, abuse, or harm other users or the service operation

5. Plans and payments

Loci offers free and paid plans. The free plan has usage limitations; the Pro plan unlocks additional features.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and paid plan access remains active until the end of the already paid period.

6. Intellectual property

Content generated by you (flashcards, decks, notes) belongs to you. The platform, its algorithms, design, and code belong to Loci Academy.

7. Limitation of liability

Loci is a study tool. We do not guarantee approval in contests, exams, or tests. Study results depend on each user's effort and dedication.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance.
